Delivery and Payment

Delivery Time:
Normal delivery time
inside Sweden 5-12 days, depending on if we have the article in stock, or not.
Delivery time in
Europe, 2-3 weeks.
In case it should take longer time we will contact you trough e-mail.

Payment terms:
We use Payments trough 

Payment through PayPal is the safest and most used way for making payments over internet. When you choose payment through Pay Pal in the "cash box" you are automatically connected to PayPal where you can either pay from your personal account or credit card.
In such a way
Nordic Wool will not handle any bench’s or credit cards numbers. When your payment is done PayPal will inform Nordic Wool and the goods will be delivered as soon as possible. (Be sure that you click "go back to merchant" to complete the order, when you have finnish the payment at PayPal.)


Freight: 

We are using the Swedish Post-company as your distributor.
Deliveries inside
Sweden (ex. 1 sweaters ) costs 120 Skr.
Deliveries inside Europe  27EUR/36 USD.

 Delivering track:
First you will receive a mail with the identification number for your parcel. Bu using this http://www.posten.se/index.jsp you can follow your parcel all the way. In case you have given a mobile number in connection with your order you will receive a SMS stating that the parcel has arrived and where you can pick it up.

Regrets:
14 days regret time gives plenty of time to see you are satisfied with the product. You can within that period, return no damaged products and get your money back. (Exclusive transport costs) Please observe that underwear can not be returned.
By using the attached freight label from the Post- company the return freight will cost you 70 SKR (7 Euro, 10 USD).
The goods must be returned in the original packaging and should not be used.
You have to
inform us by mail to info@nordicwool.se or by telephone +46 707961188. Always note your order number and article number for what you want to return.

 Reclamations:
Please contact us by using info@nordicwool.se and describe what is wrong with the product.
In case the goods should be returned you can use the attached freight label. By doing that there will be no return costs for you.

Returns either due to regrets or due to wrong goods must in all cases be sent back to us on original packaging and within 14 days from the date you received the goods.

Personal data’s:
According to the law we have to get your permission to use your personal data in order to secure the deliveries to you. The data you give us are only available to
Nordic Wool and will not be known for anybody else. You have the right to take part of data registries upon you.
You can also at any time ask
Nordic Wool to cancel or update data regarding you.
By accepting the terms for purchasing from
Nordic Wool you act the same time agree to that Nordic Wool handles your personal data as above.
